@Kelsey213  I am so sorry about your experience. You can call Airbnb at this number +1-844-234-2500.

Be concise about what the issue is and plan to follow up consistently.

I have called that number every day since Saturday at 9:00 p.m. I have gotten to run around from at least five so-called customer service reps My husband has also called them and talked to them we keep being told that we will be contacted by a supervisor in 24 hours it is now up to 72 hours no supervisor no help other than a $250 coupon for our next day at Airbnb

@Kelsey213  use ‘contact us’  airbnb page or Twitter ‘airbnbhelp’ or fb

I’mgoing thru the same issues. I’m disgusted  with airbnb customer service as well and will never book with them ever again.

I'm about done with Airbnb.   Our host ghosted us when he was supposed to meet us at the flat at 130AM (we'd missed a flight and alerted him 12 hours in advance).  We messaged him when we left the airport, as requested, and waited from 130 to 3AM.  On the app you can see when the host reads the messages, and he ignored them the entire time.  when we called customer service, they said they would contact the host, and got back to us 12 hours later.   We also had an issue with a leaking dishwasher, contacted the host, and he ignored us for five days despite numerous outreaches.   Again, contacted "customer service" which took 12 hours to respond.   The Airbnb TV commercials take on hotels, but at least at a hotel you have a front desk that would require less than 12 hours to respond.
