Airbnb REJECTS Veterans "U.S. Government Military IDs".

AFTER Airbnb verified and used my credit card in my prior rental transactions

- with complete payment and no complaints from hosts, and

verified my home address

verified my phone number,

verified my email,

verified a second photo from another Internet site.

...now...

Airbnb REJECTED my Veterans “U.S. Government Military ID” with photo,

stating they cannot verify my identity,

- because their new ID policy will ONLY accept 3 types of “government” IDs:

National identity card,

Driver’s license,

Passport. 

This is frustrating! 

In the past we have had good experiences renting with Airbnb. 

Very sad they now appear prejudice against veterans. 

Not good for veterans, hosts, or business. 

I hope they change their policy. 

In the meantime, we have another trip to plan. 

Using the Internet, I just found 20 competitors to Airbnb.
