I'm looking for advice after Airbnb denied removing a review that contains my property's address. The guest specifically directed readers to "Google 1800 Main Street," which is our building's address, and the review also includes personal attacks towards us. She wanted a full refund and I believe she wrote this review for retaliation. This was our first 1 star review and was back in 2025.
I've submitted two removal requests and both were denied, so I'm no longer able to appeal through the platform. Has anyone successfully escalated a similar situation to a supervisor or Trust & Safety? Any advice would be appreciated.
