Hi,
I have been sending and receiving emails from Airbnb support on a particular issue.
I get notifications via my mobile app everytime I get a response and able to read the email thread.
However, when I close the app, I couldn't find the email thread both on mobile app and pc browser.
On Airbnb Inbox, you can choose "Airbnb Support" messages but it's empty.
Does anyone know where to find the Airbnb support messages?

Try switching sides in the app, either from host to traveler or from traveler to host, then check inbox again.

All l can say is go into your settings and start a conversation with the help centre. What l have learned is that they will always promise you that you can speak to someone then after 13 reviews they simply do not want to call you or take on your questions and problems. At the start of your listing they will hound you but as soon as they have taken their commission after 10 bookings, they always make the host wrong and the guest right.
So sorry to be the bearer of bad news but by all means keep trying to get your issues resolved.
