I experienced something like what you have all posted in California at a stay with this property managed by a company called sunny days, I found this because it was the closest stay to my moms skilled nursing as I have been her medical advocate for the past few months -this horrible host aka a management company with hundreds of properties listed which I believe is why Airbnb does nothing about them doing the same things to other guests, since they must make a lot of money off of these horrible people. Stinking overflowing trash right by the front door, floors so dirty they blackened out feet, dirt and debris in the kitchen cabinets, a stinky smell through the whole place I had to open all the windows immediately, no fitted sheets on the beds, the front door lock broken, the washer dryer broken which they told us we had to use for our towels as they would not be providing fresh ones during our stay, the beds where like foam on a box spring completely painful and unusable -condescending and rude responses, lying to us and Airbnb and then making us fill out a private refund request in which It stated we could not write them a review before it was processed as that would cause their process to be interrupted,they then lied about us not filling out to Airbnb and requested we fill it out three more times, then they wrote us a review saying we tried to blackmail them with a bad review
