A guest had booking for 14 days. But after 5 days the guest decided to cancel reservation for remaining days.
We have set up a discount for weekly stay. But the guest didn't stayed for a week. Airbnb still calculated with the discount.
Not only that, "Cleaning charges" are a fixed amount. Yet, Airbnb calculated on pro-rata basis....!
This is really bad experience with Airbnb. And even the support team is not responding properly.

If a guest indicates that they'd like to change the booking, you can select the booking and scroll down to Change Reservation. When you change the end date there, you're given the option to edit the total price.
You as host can then enter the new check-out date and new total price and send the alteration request to the guest. They can accept or reject the changes.
This ensures that both of you are satisfied, and then there's no need to contact Airbnb.
