Airbnb not removing negative review for smoke, even before I recieved a payout for the damage

Hello,

 

We had a guest smoke in our house and were in the process with Airbnb to get the damage reimbursed. While communicating with Airbnb we tried our best to clean up the house with Ozone, and deodorizer but unfortunetly we got a negative review.

 

Resolution was in our favor and we got a payout for a couple thousand to mitigate the smoke. However, Airbnb refuses to take down the negative review. We did not have the funds to pay thousands to fix the smoke smell permenantly so we feel that the review was not justified. 

 

We already filed two review disputes for a review takedown and both were declined. Any other options?

@Victor4388 How would the guest feel if they suffered from a smoke smell , reviewed accordingly and then had their review removed? The review was perfectly justified and, wether or not you have the money to fix the smell permanently, if the place smells you will get more bad reviews.
