Hello,
We had a guest smoke in our house and were in the process with Airbnb to get the damage reimbursed. While communicating with Airbnb we tried our best to clean up the house with Ozone, and deodorizer but unfortunetly we got a negative review.
Resolution was in our favor and we got a payout for a couple thousand to mitigate the smoke. However, Airbnb refuses to take down the negative review. We did not have the funds to pay thousands to fix the smoke smell permenantly so we feel that the review was not justified.
We already filed two review disputes for a review takedown and both were declined. Any other options?
