A week ago I made a reservation at a place through Airbnb for 2 nights. In the listing it said it had a safe, which is a necessity for me. After arriving we noticed there was no safe. We contacted the host and they apologized and said they forgot to update the listing but there was nothing they could do. After contact Airbnb support by phone late in the evening we were told we could leave the next and would receive a 30% refund for the first night, a 100% rerun for the second night plus a voucher to use for our next booking. We agreed to this and were told we had to send proof that indeed the listing was incorrect. So I send proof of my WhatsApp conversation with the host to support and was told they would come back to me shortly to confirm. But after this it was silence. I asked that evening and the next morning again to support if there was any news but we didn't get any reply from Airbnb support. Since we had sent the proof we decided to leave the place as discussed with support and we booked a hotel.
Several days later the support contacted me and told me they don't want to refund anything, without any explanation as to why not.
This is something I obviously don't agree to. What can I do to get the refund they promised?
