My recent experience with Airbnb's refund process has been frustrating and disappointing. Despite multiple follow-ups with customer support, the issue remains unresolved, and I’ve encountered a lack of clarity and accountability. Each interaction feels like I’m being passed around without any real progress or commitment to resolving the problem. It’s unfortunate that something as simple as processing a refund is taking so long, leaving me with no choice but to reconsider using the platform in the future. I expected a smoother, more responsive experience from a company like Airbnb.

@Mourtaza0 Airbnb, corporate profit motives are more important than your comfort. Cheaper, more cost-efficient customer service all over the world. What are you going to do? Complain to the CC.
