Airbnb search filters

I would like Airbnb to see this one please.

My apartment is not furnished appropriately for children. I don't want to risk injury and I have this as part of my listing description. I often requests for children which is fine. I don't mind responding.

I do however think that after all these years of these requests, it would be best if Airbnb stepped in and ramped up their search criteria filters. A site lives and dies by it's search function.

A few common ones would probably be:

Child friendly

No smoking

Cancellation Policy
Amenity provided

etc

etc

It will save time in the long run for both guests and hosts. Even if this requires a complete redesign of their backend; this is critical to the user experience.

.As you know, there is an option to exclude children under 12.  However, search filters only work if the searcher uses them, I'm afraid.  Even then, travelers ignore the filters and think surely you will make an exception.  I have the restriction for children under 12 because I have a dog that is very nervous around children and my listing is a private room.  Still I get inquiries...
