Airbnb sent the wrong check in time to guest

My guest showed up at 3 today when my listing clearly shows 4 after reviewing the automated message i discovered that it said 3pm. 

Anyone had this happened to them?

@Danny627 it's always a good idea to confirm with guests directly about their arrival time 

where on your listing does it show your check in time? Did the guest confirm with you as to what time they were arriving .

airbnb have this stupid system where guests can confirm a check in time outside of your check in slot.

My automated message is tagged to have "check in time" on my listing also say what time is check in and check out time. 

Not a big deal the house was ready but it's strange that there's this glitch.

This happened to me today. Airbnb sent my automated message with the incorrect check out time. I double checked the check out time in my listing and the previous messages and they were correct. Luckily I caught it immediately but it’s very strange.
