Airbnb support

I have never had a problem with Airbnb support. They react to email and messages almost immediately. I have only had a couple of issues and one of them recently. My friend passed away last week in Florida. I quickly left on a flight. Of course, I forgot to take my house off the market for a few days. I let my granddaughter stay at the house and watch my dog. I was already on the plane back waiting to take off when someone same day booked. Lesson for me is even in a difficult time check your Airbnb. I communicated with guest and told them the home was not available for that day. They had no problem with it but I needed to reimburse them. I was taxing the runway and quickly message support. I knew I would lose connection any minute when we took off. They handled it while I was in the air. I appreciate the help from them and the client was happy. Some of us rent our own home and only have one or two listings, yet still always check your listing before you leave.

Being my first year I want to thank all the hosts that helped me and the support from Airbnb!
