Airbnb won't allow me.to get my items

What do you do.if you rented a airbnb and they literally lock you out and keep all your personal items?  She is saying she doesn't have to let me have th.and some of it is my clothes and business items.

Not clear from your post @Destiny-Faith0 have you checked out from the property and now found you left some items behind? 

or has she locked you out during your stay? 

if the later give Airbnb a call.
