Alterations to reservations-- viewing the original dates
Hello fellow hosts! I am running into an odd issue-- when a guest alters a reservation, I'm unable to see the original dates after the alteration is accepted. This is an issue because I have cleanings scheduled and need to see the original dates so I can cancel the cleanings. Anyone have an idea of how to view original dates on an altered reservation? Thanks in advance!
@Emily1802 I fear the old fashioned approach of a pen and paper is needed so that you can keep track of the original dates when you accept a change request.
