Are (street)names automatically translated?

Hi!

I'm wondering about something a long time, but I'm not really able to verify it myself, so I decided to post it here: 

Is Airbnb automatically translating things like names/street names, etc? For example, I have Dutch and English listing descriptions and my automated messages are all in Dutch. My listing, however, is located in Spain. In my messages, I use names, like Casa Desiré (how we call our listing), Lock & Be Free (a luggage storage location), etc.

Last week I noticed that a guest wrote Lock & Be Free to me, which was literally translated to me in Dutch (when auto translating was enabled). It made me wonder if it would work the other way around as well, that my Guests would see the literal translation of a name. If that were to be true, it could cause confusion, because the guests won't know what I mean.

If it is true, how would I avoid this from happening? Names are all written with starting letters in capitals now. Should they be between "..."  as well?

I’m sorry @Paula , but this is not answering my question. How does the translator handle names? In other words: how do I prevent the store name Lock And Be Free to be literally translated from English to someone’s native language?
