Attachments - how do you get an attachment to the guests?

I have a separate rental agreement as well as Rules and Regulations that are to be sent per our HOA . 

How do you get the information without going off platform?

You can only sent attachments to guests with a confirmed reservation.

They are booked but I have no way to send an attachment to them on the platform?

Yes, use the file upload icon (the "mountain view"), next to the message textbox.

But via email alias (as described in the help file) works more reliable.
