August app does not show upcoming reservation

I have a reservation starting 26 August 2023 and 5 days before I downloaded the August app and linked it to AirBnb, following the instructions sent by the host. The app says my upcoming reservation should appear on the home page.

It doesn’t.

What could the issue be?

I use two email addresses for AirBnb but one is clearly my business address and not used for logging in.

I could also ask the host but it would be good to know what the issue is.

As it has been a while since you posted, have you decided on asking the host what could be the issue?

Do keep us posted if anything has changed for you in the meantime!

I imagine the email addresses used by both apps have to be the same, but the host will probably be better able to help you with this.
