I will get inquiries about available dates from a guest that just joined AirBnB usually for long stays. They have no information and no history. I feel these are scams but don’t want to be penalized for not replying. Has anyone else experienced this.
@Rudy242 just reply and start a discussion. It takes you no time at all and you will not get penalised for no response. Alternatively just type a dot (.) as your reply.
Just reply to all inquiries politely. Many of these guests are probably new to the platform, which is why they don’t have any booking history or reviews yet. I’ve accepted first-time Airbnb guests before, and based on my experience, most of those stays turned out perfectly fine. Everyone has to start somewhere, and good communication usually tells you a lot about what kind of guest they’ll be.
