Bank account payout method

I have been trying to add bank transfer as my payout method, but whenever I try to type in information, the boxes turn red and I am unable to type in the details. 

Have any of you experienced that - if so, what did you do?

Hi @Emilie511 ! It's been a while since you posted, has it worked now to add your bank details?

Perhaps you could try to delete your cookies and browser history if you're on the website, or if you're on the app you could try to delete and reinstall the app. 

If that won't help I'd suggest getting in touch with CS if you haven't already. Please let us know how you get on!
