Be careful
I just wanted to advise that you should always be aware when you stay away from home they dont take the true care in the rental your about to stay at nor do they even do a walk through to make sure its up to code and safe! You may just want to pull up the mattresses and just make sure there are no bed bugs, just disgusted that Air BnB said this was a legit place a super star host!! My goodness bed bugs, cockroches, 1 toilet that wont flush! And cameras that were not mentioned at all in either listing or check in instructions. Who wants to have creatures go home with them? Who wants there little kids being watched in the living room watching tv?? Make sure you do your own research because Airbnb does NOT and they will say they do until you call and file a claim than its all we don't check them we go off there word... vrbo is sooo much nicer and less expensive they even offer insurance incase something likes this happens to you!!

@Andre18221. Hi Andre, I agree that guests should be careful and read the entire listing, including all the important info re cancellation policy, cameras etc before they book.
In addition to your complaint did you review your stay?. The only one I can see you gave 5 stars with a "na" comment, so I'm confused, unless it was another place which you didnt review or it hasnt shown up yet?.
As a host we always encourage our guests to review, as it helps others looking to stay. Bad ratings lead to listing issues which can lead to suspension or even termination.
Re cameras, Airbnb updated its policy to require all listings to remove internal cameras. https://www.airbnb.com.au/help/article/3061
They are still permitted externally so if your stay was recent, yes this is a safety issue as well as a concern if its not been disclosed. Usually reporting this has a listing shut down very quickly till its resolved.
I list on both Airbnb and VRBO and prices are set by the host so its easy enough to make them the same for a guest.
