Blocked Calendar

They blocked my calendar 3 weeks ago without information. I need to open my calendar but I cannot do it. When I call the support they said my our specialized team will text you in 24 hours. But no one send the e Mail. I called maybe 50 times but nobody help me. They said you need to wait. I cannot wait for forever. Pls open my calendar or say me date of when you open. Pls fix my problem
