I just want to leave this here to show how unprofessional BookedUp is.

I had issues with my stay and as a company/renter they should try and fix the issue. Instead I got no replies, so I left an honest review about my stay. They apparently didn't like that and called me "entitled". Any who I forgot about the situation and they decided to message me MONTHS after my stay saying they'd refund me if I delete my review. Then they said "Never mind we don't have money to refund you since you left a bad review and no one wants to book". I just want to let everyone know how unprofessional this company is and that you guys should avoid booking with them.

I recommend to use Airbnb's official site only for booking 🙂

Please report the host to Airbnb if they have offered you a refund to remove a bad review.

I doubt they told you since  your bad review no one wants to book -  it looks like they've had over a hundred bookings since you stayed
