Hi 

I made this booking for my friends it’s to stay at the Garden House RAFINA on the 27/8/25 on my account their names are ** but the email that I entered was my friends which is ** this booking was made on the 24th  I thought she would have got confirmation  from Airbnb the booking was made on the 24.1.25 please can you assist me to try sorting this out.

@Bev682  You're actually not allowed to book an AirBnB on behalf of someone else. You need to contact AirBnB customer service and cancel the booking. 

Assuming that you don't have the confirmation because of what you wrote, I'm not sure how to tell you to proceed. 

You have to understand that hosts base their acceptance of bookings on the profile of the person booking. It has their reviews and other information. Booking on behalf of someone else simply isn't allowed, and it's a security issue along with many other issues. 

I advise that you cancel the booking ASAP and have your friend book for herself. 

You also have to realize that if your friend trashed the place and caused thousands in damages, you'd be held responsible. Another good reason that you shouldn't book on behalf of someone else. 

You also shouldn't be posting your friend's email publicly.
