Hi @Sam8643

Welcome to the Community, and congratulations on your new listing!
How long did it take you to get everything ready? To help you out, I’ve added the link to your listing in your post so other hosts can find it more easily.

Also, I’m going to tag some members of the Community to see if they can share some helpful tips: @Patricia2526@Evan1118@Gunarto-0@Cindy1764 and @Shelley159

Hope this helps and thank you everyone in advance!

Best,
Alex

Hi @Sam8643  thanks @Alex

To help guests clearly understand your sleeping arrangements, make sure to identify each room through your photo tour. Simply tap the “+” sign to add rooms or spaces, then label them (for example: Bedroom 1 – King Bed, Bedroom 2 – Queen Bed, Sofa Bed).

I noticed you selected all types of beds under one bedroom and just checking, do you actually have all those bed options available in that room?

This helps set clear expectations for your potential guests and can increase booking confidence since travelers like to visualize where everyone will sleep.

Hi @Sam8643

Just following on from what @Patricia2526 has said, I agree you need to make very sure the rooms & guests are set up correctly. Usually the main reason why one doesn't get many bookings at times, is that the listing doesn't feature prominently in search results. To be seen, you have to make sure the listing will appear in the right searches.

At the moment the guest count is 7, but to me it's not very clear where 7 guests would sleep. I would've guessed 2 per bedroom = 4 guests, but I can understand that a fifth guest may sleep on the large sofa. The other sofa looks small in the photo?

One idea would be to limit the total guest count to 5 and then track where the listing ranks for 5 guests (in other words, look at similar listings in your area that sleep 5, and try to get your price and amenities in line to compete with them - then check where you appear in search results for available dates when you're not logged in).

In general, the best plan would be to spend some time looking for listings near you that are similar. The scenery is very beautiful, and it looks like you have some great views. Maybe you could also highlight this in your main photos.

@Sam8643 Hey you can add more pictures and even if you're getting some bookings ask them to give you a review as very review matters alot. And be more active with your response I mean your response should be between 2 to 5 minutes. It's like a plus point when you're more responsive with your customers
