I just listed 2 weeks ago. I have 5 bookings very quickly. Two of the bookings have already happened both with 5* reviews. H...
I have been a host since 2018 and have been a Superhost since the beginning. I have consistent five star ratings. I am in an excellent location just across from the beach.
Had a good start to 2023, but, bookings have drastically dropped these last few months. I am in the Vero Beach/Fort Pierce area. Is any one else experiencing this issue? Thank you.

@Liliana179 since Breanna mentioned you - just know you are not alone, all the hosts all over Florida except a few that seem to lower their prices very very low or do many months bookings are experiencing very low, sometimes no bookings.
I think as you know your place is spotless and that's no question BUT when you post pictures up against others your photos are bland, non descript and and so easily glanced over or passed by. I would imagine with your pricing and only offering minimal cooking / warming of foods the value is impacted. I too have a detached cottage in my back yard. without a pool or hot tub, etc. but if you look at my place - you will see COLOR, you have about 8 seconds to impress guests with something - and color and bright photos of interest have to be the grabbing point and they click further. I would suggest you look at other listings that are loaded with color and for an example: you cover the sofa with a white cover and throw pillows with color it changes everything.
Seems many things in your spotless place are neutral, beige, brown, or green. First I would try that - also all pics shot in Landscape mode - not portrait.
Also, make a title of your place, look at your reviews an use words that many guests have used. They all expect Clean, spotless - just an idea.
Good luck, happy hosting, Clara
