Bookings not coming in

We have had only one guest book with us for last year June ,since then we haven't gotten any other booking. Could anyone advise us as to why this is happening?

I did a quick search of Knockpatrick - I think the issue may be that your listings are not ranking well in the search results. I would tackle it the following way:

1) Choose one listing and optimise it as much as you can by looking at this guideline:

How search results work - Airbnb Help Center

2) Turn on private mode on your browser (don't log in) and enter the search terms that you think your guests would enter on Airbnb, as well as the maximum number of persons for that listing. Look through the pages until you find your listing. Then return to the Airbnb suggestions and see if the listing rank improves more when you change them even more (for example, lower the price a bit more and see how it moves).

3) When you have one listing ranking well, do the same with the others.

4) It's also good to read many posts here in the Community Center (subscribe to the boards) as people are talking about where they rank all of the time. You'll see many helpful suggestions.

A few suggestions.

Beef up your Host Profile give potential Guests confidence you are real.

If 3 separate listings then present 3 not just the same listing with the same photos with different prices what am I renting?

I don't know your market but the price, the pictures and Jamaica for me seemed really high.

Create some Airbnb Guidebooks.

Make sure for each listing add the photos to specific room categories and use the photo captions,

Turn on Instabook even just for a few days it will move you higher in the search.  To keep some ability to screen, I set my minimum notification higher.

On your calendar you can set up a Custom Promotion as long as you offer a 20 % Discount Airbnb will promote your listing in their emails and such.
