How to make my airbnb listing to get more bookings?

Hi,

I would begin with the obvious. Decor, photos, etc. but... here are some tips:

1. I just learned you can simultaneously list your place in other platforms so long you install a software that manages the calendars so there is no double booking. That itself increases the chances.

2. Softwares like pricelabs.com and beyond.com supposedly help you price according to the demand of similar homes and that means you are pricing it correctly, which helps.

3. I have added special promotions within Airbnb pricing, which grants 28% discount for bookings between weekends, which is usually where the booking gaps are...  i hope this helps, good luck!
