Hi Everyone, I invite you to view my listing and give me your feedback. As well, any insights on getting more bookings. Things are very slow down here and although I have offered low rates and discounts guests just inquire and then they don't book....😞

What a lovely property you have! It's gorgeous. Your pictures look great, but in my opinion that's too many for potential guests to look through. I'd try to keep it to 35 or less for your listing size. Your description is alright but lacks interest and details. I'd add a bullet list of your top amenities and include a bit more detail about the property. Make it come to life! Make them want to experience it. For the "other things to note" area of your listing, it's best to list anything that needs to be said. Such as cameras on the property, maybe state that you have stairs, stuff that guests might want to know. People don't want to have to message the host to get more information. Feel free to check out my listing (linked below) to see how I use the "other things to note" area. But if you don't have details to note, you could just leave that area blank. Lastly, some of the property rooms lack decoration, or personality. People like to book places they feel have lots of effort and love put into them. I hope these tips help! 🙂

wow. what a place. i would try to connect this place with several activities around. sport, culture, discount at restaurants, etc. 

don't necesary lower the price but increase the value with other hooks, let;s say.

It will create a cohesive, engaging, and inviting description by combining paragraphs and lists seamlessly...and just make any tweaks you see fit. HTH.
