Hello,
I booked a flat for 15 days.
The dish washer never worked a.d host did not care.
After 5 days i called airbnb and got a refund ( took me 10minutes! Amazing).
The refund was 30% of the 5 days passed.
Now for the next 10 days the host didn t do anything. Dish washer still dead.
But it seems that because i already got a refund, i can t have another one.
But this is weird because if i complained after 10 days instead of 5, i would have double the money....
What do you think?
Is there a 30% refund policy for this kind of problem?
I m in france if that changes anything.
