Card charge

My card has been charged but no competition of booking I am almost to the city I’m not sure what is going on my bank stated it was done with you all

Hi @Sofia1522 

Once your booking is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email from Airbnb and you can also view it under “My Trips” in the app or website. Airbnb usually sends a notification right away to confirm the reservation.

If your card was charged but you haven’t completed Airbnb’s identity verification (such as submitting a valid government-issued ID), the booking may not go through or may remain pending. Make sure all required verification steps are completed in your Airbnb account to avoid delays or cancellation of the reservation.
