I have someone who has asked to change their checkout time from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. I can't find anywhere how to do that. Anyone know?
@Cherisa0 I believe you can do it when looking at your calendar. If you click the reservation on the calendar, the details of that reservation appear on the right-hand side. Scroll down until you see Booking Details, and you should see the Check-out date and time. Click edit to change the time.
You don't have to do anything @Cherisa0
3 pm is a very late checkout anyway most hosts offer between 09.00 and 11 am.
Hi there @Cherisa0! I was wondering whether you managed to make the changes? There have been a few replies here on your post which might be helpful.

Dear Jerisa, I believe that you should have a relationship of trust with your customers, so it would be good to show them your calendar so they understand that you have a reservation. If the next customer is going to be late, you can extend their check-out time, as long as the apartment has been cleaned and is ready for the next guests. Then the previous guests can leave their belongings in the living room and leave before the next guests arrive.

Hello,
You can agree on a later check-out time with your guest through Airbnb, but there isn’t a specific option in the app to officially change just the check-out time. The official check-out time listed in your listing remains the same, unless you send a reservation change request. If your calendar allows (for example, if no new guests are checking in that day), you can simply message the guest and agree on a later check-out. It’s a good idea to confirm this in writing through the Airbnb message thread for clarity and protection.
