Changeover clashes
I have two Airbnb’s one only operates six weeks of the year. I do the changeovers myself. How can I avoid a changeover clash on the same day. Without making fixed check in and check out days please?

You can set "preparation time" to 1 day.

Agree with @Emiel1 @Julianne82 , that's the simplest way, but you do lose business as one night will be open (so to maximise income, only set the preparation time at one of the listings and let the other book every night).
Alternatively, if your want to book every night at both, you can turm on professional hosting tools and make a no check-in/ no checkout rule. As soon as one of the listings gets a booking, apply the rule to the other one's calendar to prevent it from changing guests on the same day.

Hi @Julianne82 👋
@Shelley159 and @Emiel1 have shared some articles with you. I wondered if you'd had a moment to look at them?
