Charge

Hi,

Although it says "You won't be charged until your reservation is confirmed", the money for my booking requests has already been taken from my account. Could you please clarify?

Hi @Barbara3117 ! It could be that the amount was authorized (or put "on hold"), that sometimes looks like a charge but the money hasn't left your account yet. You can find more about that here: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/1424
