Not sure if this is already a discussion out there but I noticed our public facing listing is informing future potential guests that they can help themselves to a 24 hour check.in window (see photo).
However, we have the check-in time as 3:00 p.m. in our listing details.
Anyone know what's going on here?
Thanks,
Rob
Nothing was done, problem still exists. Thanks for asking though.
Just a thought...🤔
Maybe you have already tried this? If you are still using Instant Book, just turn that off when testing this:
1. First, logoff Airbnb on all devices
2. Then login on one device only
Then try on the desktop first, then try in the App:
3. Change the check-in times to something else?
4. Then change the check-in method in the arrival guide to something else - like "Keypad" or "In Person"
5. Then refresh your screen and logoff Airbnb and log back in.
6. Then change the settings back to what you want - logoff and log back in and see if that does anything
Then I would try changing the check-in times in House Rules in the Your Space Section, then try changing the times in the Arrival Guide.
Thank you so much! I'll give it a try and maybe in the meantime, Airbnb can find a solution, because doing nothing is not a solution (seems to be the most commonly used approach atm, lol, but I guess creating low expectations leads to less disappointment in the long term.).
The 24Hr check-in should only appear when "Flexible" is chosen and it appears your listings are "stuck" on that setting.
I'm hoping by cycling through some different times and check-in methods will get this "unstuck".
