Cleaning problems when sharing a bathroom with a guest

Hi, everyone.

I am currently living with only one guest in my Airbnb.

When the guest checked in, I told her some rules. One of the rules is to clean the bathroom after using it.

The guest didn't remove her hair at all after taking a shower yesterday, so it's now piling up in the bathtub drain.

Do I have to clean this up every time she taking shower?

She takes a shower every day.

I cleaned the bathroom today, but after I saw piling hair in the bathtub, I didn't clean it.

Moreover, I don't know why she doesn't turn off the light in her room.

In fact, I don't use the bathtub at all because I'm showering in my gym.

My guest will check out 2 days after and I got a cleaning fee £10 from her.

As the guest leaves in 2 days, i would let it go. But not 5 stars for "cleanliness" in your review.

Next time remind the guests at check-in  to leave the bathroom as they found it (no hairs in the drain).

But be prepared most, but not every guest will follow up your instructions.
