I have become very frustrated with Airbnb Support. I manage 50 listings,  at any point in time I could possibly have multiple cases going on with Support.   I continue to run into the situation where a support ambassador will jump onto a thread and notice that I have another thread open and instead of taking the time to read the situation and determine if the cases are linked, they immediately send me the canned “Looks like you have a case open already. I’m going to close it”. I find it completely frustrating and rude that an important ambassador would close a case without getting a response on the situation. This is not good customer service
