Compensation for damages

Hi everyone,

Last customers made lots of damages and they refuse to pay for them. Airbnb air cover normally should refund me

but Airbnb doesn’t pay and doesn’t give me any explication for that. What can I do? Thank you

you can always put in a claim on your home insurance for STR?
