Damage to unit we did not do

I received a notice from host about damage to the unit.  We did not do any of the damages.  He had picture of every scuff and mark on the walls.  He also said the bedding was all damaged.  We are four old people!  We did none of this.  feel Ike he needs to repaint and figured a way to try and get it!  He wants $1200!  I’ve been in touch with Airbnb and are in dispute.

has anyone had a positive outcome from Airbnb?
