Airbnb has unilaterally de-listed my property. They didn't let me know they did it and they didn't tell me why. It's been de-listed since Oct. 2020. I've lost thousands in bookings (comparing to other years) and have called support repeatedly. They keep telling me someone will back and no one has called for ten days. Has anyone else experienced this kind of terrible treatment? I'm furious.
LOTS of people @Sean1050 (Not me.) - Type 'de-listed' and similar into the search up top for umpteen similar laments.
Some of them were re-instated later.
@Sean1050 If it has been de-listed since October I assume you have signed up with a different platform. How is it going? Is it better than Airbnb?
