Airbnb has unilaterally de-listed my property. They didn't let me know they did it and they didn't tell me why. It's been de-listed since Oct. 2020. I've lost thousands in bookings (comparing to other years) and have called support repeatedly. They keep telling me someone will back and no one has called for ten days. Has anyone else experienced this kind of terrible treatment? I'm furious.
I checked on your case internally and the CS team has asked you to please reply to a message they've sent you in order for them to investigate further.
