Dissatisfied with support

All previous support requests unresolved and closed by your support team! i am disputing a review request as I don’t believe it goes against policy. I dispute it should be allowed to stay on my profile.

 

The host harassed me threatening a abad review and was blocked yet still left a bad review which is biased and not relevant as all the information is false. I want it removed.

 

I have made contact with multiple support agents, contacted your instagram team and NO ONE is helping me. I get the same generic response that the review will stand even though I have provided evidence and shown how it does in fact go against your review policy. 

Multiple support people have agreed but say they cannot help as it is a specialised team, yet I cannot be in contact with them and your support team can’t either. 

 

there seems to be a serious flaw in your system and policy’s! 


I would appreciate someone getting in touch who can assist this has caused a lot of distress. 


i have also contacted Australian consumer protection to see how I have the defamation on your platform removed.
