Doubt about the veracity of a listing
I made a reservation which was pending the host's approval. The host contacted me and said he was not able to receive payments through that listing and directed me to another one. Both are live on Airbnb. I made the reservation using the second listing and received the confirmation from Airbnb. It seems legit, but I´m still suspicious about it.
The first listing: **
The one I actually booked:

Hi @Mariana1403 , thank you for connecting with our community for advice for these listings.
I'm sorry, but I had to take down the link to the host's profile/listing due to safety and privacy concerns as per our Community Center Guidelines. Thanks for understanding!
There's a popular thread in our Community Center where an experienced Host Cynthia shared some useful tips to identify if a listing is authentic. Sharing those tips here incase you'd like to refer : Scam alert! How can I make sure a listing is real?
Have you also tried reaching out to the Customer Support team regarding the same?
Regards,
Bhumika

Hi @Mariana1403
As a guest I would be very concerned .
there is something called switch and bait where hosts entice guests to book through one listing and then direct them to another listing which is inferior in quality/location.
what you have booked is the one the host directed you to not the one you wanted . You have no rights to have the one you wanted .
think about it . If the host could take payment on the listing you booked they would have been able to take payment for the one you wanted.
if you are within 48 hours of booking and your booking is more than two weeks away I would suggest you cancel and find a superhost with great recent reviews . If not call Airbnb customer service and see if they will cancel
what are ratings like on both listing?
you aren't allowed to post links to listings here but happy if you want to private message me on my profile here and I will take a look.

@Mariana1403 If you paid for "listing A" on "listing B", you are booked for "listing B" and not for the property that you wanted.
I would cancel the booking ASAP and search for another property. IMO, you are being scammed.
