My current guest requested to extend their stay. For long-term rentals, the payment is drafted monthly from the saved method of payment. I made the changes in date and pricing as agreed, but the system is requesting payment now, instead of in 12 more days. Is there a way to change the payment due date so that this payment falls in line with the monthly payments they have been making?
As i remember from previous extensions of "long term" stays, the monthly payouts stay the same (they are already scheduled in the Transaction History pages), only the last payout changes or is added.
I wondered if guest really has to pay immediatelly, maybe only there will be a new check on the creditcard.
You can not change payment dates for a guest, it is something between Airbnb and the guest.
