Emails from all bookings

Is there a way to download a list of emails from all the booking that have been done  on air bnb?

Nope, Airbnb does not allow hosts to download guest email lists.

Airbnb masks guest email addresses and prohibits exporting or collecting real emails for privacy and data protection laws and preventing off-platform communication and bookings.

You can ask guests when they book to share contact details with you for marketing purposes @Sandy1064 

You can't download them from Airbnb as they aren't available to hosts in the first place.
