Evolve Review - draconian cancelation policy.

I was looking to rent a place I have stayed at before (gorgeous views of Mt. Hood, love it!)

Previously it was hosted by Vacasa.  Now it's hosted by evolve.

I will not be renting anything hosted by evolve in the future. 

Their cancelation policy is fine print and draconian - i lost $1000, down the drain, and i canceled well more than a week in advance!

@Marc10918 Assuming you booked through Airbnb you would have had the cancellation policy made very clear at the time you booked
