False claims leeds to refunds

Lately it’s apparently the new policy of Airbnb to believe anything a guest will say in order to receive refunds.

a guest waited several weeks and then claimed that my cabinet had molds inside. It was a private cabinet but not only this was the deception, the claim was also that the guest had no space to put clothes and that New York City have too many old houses? !  That my home is a walk up is also clearly pointed out and many guests choose to mention this so not a irregularity at all.

Regardless of my actions to dispute review and show case manager that stains/scratches in side the interior of a plastic finished cabinet is not mold, Airbnb still choose to side with the guest and leave a degrading review plus reimbursement. 

all host should know that Airbnb like to make money on us but will reimburse for any false claim from seeing ghost to Claims of smells or airplane noises or other problems outside of reasonable host responsibility.
