Fast Pay

I signed up for Fast Pay and so far it hasn't delivered payments the day that they are scheduled to be paid. Today is 24 hours after payments that should have come yesterday. Nothing.

 

Anyone else having issues?

I did, I was given such a hard time it took over 2 days to get anywhere. I was told it was my financial institution, when clearly it was a glitch on Airbnb's end. I just think it's a flaw having so many teams that you can't directly speak to handling issues. Once it was rectified had I not called in for the 60th time, I would not have known there was an estimated payout date and the issue was resolved.

I am having the same exact issue. I called support and he was adamant that it is my institution and not AirBnB. The problem that I am having trouble getting around is that I am paying AirBnB for a service (FastPay) that I am not (consistently) receiving. If AirBnB can't provide this service for whatever reason, I don't think I should be charged for it. My last two bookings have been 2+ days to receive the payment. I still haven't received my payment that was supposedly sent the morning of the 11th. (Today is the 13th.) 

 

I also asked the person on the support line to remove FastPay from my account (since I am not receiving that service consistently though I am paying for it consistently) and he said that he couldn't do that either, that I had to do it on my end. But I don't see that option on my screen when I click on "edit" next to Fast Pay. It only gives me the option to "Set Minimum Payment Amount." Can anyone give me directions on how to remove Fast Pay off of my account?
