I had a guests say we have ghost and give us a 1 star. They were homeless i think so you know.....We have gotten all 5's and like four 4's. Airbnb wont get rid of the comment about the ghost though it is completely inappropriate...I dont understand why airbnb caters more the the guest than those with the homes....
