@Carlos-Fernando2 Don't worry - about people not showing up. If you communicate with them it will usually be just fine. It gets easier with time.

Are you booking private room for 1 person?? Your listing says 8 guests....I think you want to make a listing for each room, give them a name because if you book this listing for 1 person...than no one else will see the listing. Or do I misunderstand and you are booking for 8 ppl all together in a group??

If not a group - seperate listings will help to have a hostel type setting.

Each listing is different and for each guest or pair of guests.

good luck,

If it’s a no show, at least you won’t have anything to clean.

To date, I have not had that happen; but if it does, things happen, so I’ll just keep on  trucking until the next reservation.

not sure how to listed , as 1 room , does not give me a option to create another listing under same page .

@Carlos-Fernando2  you can make duplicate listings for the same property (but different rooms) and then link the calendars together if needed. Be sure to let guests know they will be sharing the space with others. good luck!

You shouldn’t worry about the guest not showing up. It’s also their responsibility to cancel on their end and communicate with you about getting a refund if it’s past the timeframe of them being able to get refunded. Most guests will communicate with you upon arrival! From my one year of hosting, I’ve only had one guest who was a no show and they communicated with me that they were unsure whether they were still coming the day of checkin due to covid and never even asked for a refund.
