I was promised our voucher would be possible to pay for second payment, I was offered a voucher as compensation for issues caused by Jen airbnb support mistakenly cancelling our booking.
But it turns out that was a lie as the system doesn’t allow vouchers to be used on any payments after initial payment for the booking.
The customer service people lie and lie again to close out service tickets.
Our previous tickets for same issue were closed after offering to cover hotel costs as replacement once they‘d cancelled our booking, next customer person says sorry you were lied to.
Same happening now with our voucher.
