When a guest wants to change to a different room the price changes, but the cleaning fee does not change too!!
I have different cleaning fees for rooms with private baths and rooms with shared baths — there no longer seems to be a way to reflect that when switching a reservation to a different room.
Suggestions in how to get IT department to fix this?
Yes, I did. The recalculations of nightly price to equal the difference in cleaning fees were crazy. Of course the guests may wonder about it next time they stay here. :frowning_face:
